    Secure your domain name. You can do this on your own, but we are happy to help if you're unfamiliar with the process. We recommend creating a profile on Godaddy.com where you can search for and purchase the domain name you want.



    Be sure to save your login info in a safe spot - the domain name is the most important key to getting your website online as it is what we need to upload everything to.


  • Do I need to buy hosting through the same provider as my domain name?

    No. When you work with our web team, we have a separate web hosting platform that we will help you set up that will be cost effective and easy for you to access once the site is completed. Most importantly you retain complete control of it at all times.


  • What website hosting platform do you use and how much does it cost?

    We host most of our websites on the Amazon Web Services(AWS) it is extremely reliable and cost effective for businesses of any size.


    If you need to sell items on your website, pricing may differ depending on how many products you would like to sell, and what your retail setting needs are.

  • Will I be able to access my website after it's completed?

    Yes. You will own 100% of your website designs and platform access.


    If you need help managing your website to make updates, we have maintenance plans available as well, but the website will still remain under your control. 

  • I already have a website, I just need some updates - can you help?

    Yes, we offer website maintenance at an hourly rate or project rate, depending on the scope of work needed. If you require a lot of updates that are consistent each month, we can also offer a monthly plan.
